If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us in writing to obtain an RMA number so that we can process your returns. We ask that you return the goods to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging to be entitled to a full refund (or exchange). In the event that your items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of between 15% and 100% of the original order value of the goods. If we have to charge you a re-stocking fee then we will notify you before we proceed.

When we process your refund, you will receive a refund for the goods but not the delivery charge. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return. Your returns should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing you returns form.
